Samsung: Rumors About Smartphones With Flexible Displays in 2017

Bloomberg claims that it knows what's going on “backstage” at Samsung, and inform us about the company’s future plans.

More specifically, Bloomberg claims that the company will release 2 smartphones with flexible OLED displays in 2107. The first is said to have a 5-inch screen that can “fold” in half, while the latter also has 5-inch screen that can “unfold” to transform to an 8-inch panel. Bloomberg also states that the announcement may be even made in February, with the release itself not being in a very distant future.

Both of these devices will not be part of the “Galaxy” brand, and for the now they are codenamed “Project Valley”, which has been heard again in the past by Samsung about a year ago.

So, we can only be patient for now to see whether Samsung will make an official announcement soon, or whether we have to wait some more.
