Samsung Presented An 5.7” OLED Full HD Screen That Can Fold

Lenovo managed to steal the show with an impressive smartphone that can get wrapped into your hand, but Samsung will have its own response ready soon, or that’s  what was suggested at least, after the new ultra-flexible OLED display presented in the SID 2016 exhibition in San Francisco.

The flexible 5.7” OLED screen with full HD resolution (1920 x 1080) and 0.3mm thickness remains fully functional even when wrapped or folded without any loss in image quality.

According to rumors, the first flexible smartphone by Samsung will be presented in 2017 with Galaxy X in its name, but until then you must find a way to incorporate a touchscreen and protective coating, since glass can hardly be involved in such a construction.
