Flash Vulnerabilities Again. Get the Software Update Now
Adobe is not having a good time of it with their aging Flash technology. The company has had to issue yet another security bulletin because of an exploit exists for CVE-2015-0310 which may be used to attack older Flash Player software installations. Adobe is also looking into information suggesting that that Flash Player 16.0.0.287 and versions of their player software before this version are also vulnerable. Also, some Flash Player 13.x versions known to be vulnerable and the Flash Player for Linux 11.x are vulnerable to the same exploit too.
New Security Bulletin Released for Flash
Adobe have been quick to issue a new security bulletin to help users update their copy of Flash successfully. It is worth noting that visitors to malicious web sites may often be presented with a message that their Flash version is out of date and needs updating. More often than not this is a trick to get the user to accept the installation of malware software to their Flash and web browser software. Because of this, it is always best to obtain software updates directly from the software vendor, Adobe.
