Uncharted 4: A Thief's End is the best thing that the current generation has to show yet, according to Digital Foundry.

"With the release of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, we finally have a game that meets and exceeds our most optimistic pre-launch expectations" says John Linneman. The report also highlights the excellent work that has been done in the technical field: character rendering, real-time cut scenes, environment, high-resolution textures, physics, sound and AI.

Of course, not everything is perfect, since loading times, shadow quality and the photo mode are below expectations, while it is noted that the final product does not meet the promises made during the presentation of the 60 FPS demo at E3 2014.
