Razer unveiled its own VR headset, which comes to compete with the Oculus Rift and the HTC Vive.

What we’re talking about is Hacker Development Kit (HDK) 2.0. The new headset is part of the OSVR platform and is expected to be released in July over $399. While still under development, Razer states that the quality of the device is comparable to the standards of the respective headsets of Rift and Vive, unlike the first model that was presented by the company, which is offered for $299.

The Hacker Development Kit is compatible with games designed for the OSVR format, while supporting SteamVR games.

It has two OLED displays, 2160 × 1200 resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. In addition, it incorporates custom lenses that Razer says they will help users who are not able to see individual pixels, especially those who wear glasses.
