Maybe you could try the Microsoft site directly https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/defenderupdates, where there are links to download the definition files for each OS.

Download3k US (mpam-fe.exe) and Download3k EU (mpam-fe.exe) are only mirrors for definition files for the 32-bit version of Microsoft Defender Antivirus for Windows 10 and Windows 8.1.
