It changes your voice pitch to be like a male or female voice and even includes sound emoticons to use during your sessions. Installation

Installation finishes without problems in only a few moments since it doesn’t consist of many steps, and the installer is relatively small. No 3^rd party software is included (e.g. toolbars) and neither does it contain any sort of malware.

Interface

There are 4 different voice styles for you to choose from: male voice, female voice, cat voice and dinosaur voice. Moving the slider to any of those will automatically change your voice. You can further tease your contacts by sending them sound effects directly from within Voice Changer, most of which can be downloaded from the product’s website.

The calls you make can all be recorded and played at a later time, plus you have the option to save your voice in a separate file from the contact’s voice. After you have finished recording, you have the ability to convert the output format of the recording into MP3, WMA, FLAC and OGG.

Cons

Sometimes, only half of the phrases you said would be changed and the rest would not even be picked up by the microphone. Also, when a call is made, the program would crash for a while, although this could probably be resolved with bigger RAM capacity and stronger CPU.

As for the limitations on the free version of Voice Changer, the only voice that you can change to is Cat’s voice, and that’s only for one minute per call. Moreover, you can send up to 3 sounds in every call.
