OLfolders is an Outlook Groupware solution that uses Microsoft Outlook to share Outlook data between PCs on the same network. Access can be controlled with specific user rights so that a user cannot see the diary and contact information if they should not have the access rights to do so. This server can operate on a workstation, single PC or on a dedicated server. The package does not need access to the Microsoft Exchange Server in order to share contact and other information between different users with sufficient access rights. OLfolders can also work in harmony with the Exchange Server if needed by working through separate folders.
