Mosaic Build 301 Beta is an application that is one for people who use Windows 7 and would like to emulate the tiled look of Windows 8. This early stage build is designed to mimic the Metro UI look on the desktop for users who have not or are unable to upgrade to Windows 8 at this time. There are on desktop widgets already like the weather widget and the people widget which can display as a standard size or as a full screen view known as a hub. The app is still in beta, so it should not be expected to be 100% stable.
