Chart them either as 3D charts, or display as lists and print in either format. It also allows you to keep a journal, or diary and track your appointments. Print appointments for a month, or the whole year. Print 3D charts for a week, a month, or a whole year. Keep and print a journal, with up to 12 pages per day. That's a journal, or diary with 4320 pages a year!

Glucose levels can be entered 6 times a day (before/after breakfast, lunch and dinner) and displayed as 3D charts for a week, month or full year. Appointments can be printed for a month or the full year. The ultimate record keeper and visualization tool for diabetics from InfoVivo.com

Blood pressure, pulse rates, cholesterol and weight can also be charted in 3D and printed.
