2) Blur - good alternative for Motion Compensation in complex-motion videos or scene changes
-Flexibility: filter has enough flexibility process anime and other cartoons, VHSrip and HD video, static and dynamic scenes with any subtitle languages
-Tiny memory usage;
-Storing parameters in VirtualDub processing settings file;
