JStoryboard Tools is a Java based visual storyboarding app to plan out what will happen in a scene step by step. The resulting storyboard images display in a grid system to make them easy to review in a group. Text annotations can be added to each storyboard within the grid or linked out to any type of external file which can contain more information, the scene script, director's notes and other useful material. Swap, more around and adjust storyboard order to shuffle planned scenes around to see how they fit together. Print out completed storyboards to walk around with them and add notes to them.
