AdSysNet AD Logon Reporter is an Active Directory management package that uses a central interface to inform IT managers about the logon attempts to the system. The software can be installed directly to workstations that the admin has under their control. Reports are generated by the Domain Controllers events which means that the audit logon events must all be enabled for the software to effectively monitor logon processes. The full version of the software requires SQL to store the logon information but with the trial version an independent database is used and so does not have the same software requirements. This means the software can be more easily trialed even before a SQL database solution has been deployed by system administrators.
