AMC e-Paint is a simple Windows paint application which aims to provide a more complete set of basic painting tools than the standard Window Paint application ever has. This artistic tool is intended to be easy to use by running through a series of simple tasks to add more to a painting or drawing. There are various soft brushes to create different appearances with each brush stroke. Variable magnification can let the digital painter get into the high detail. A local undo can roll back additions that the artist did not like. The tool can also be used to create animations for web pages with the ability to draw cell by cell.
