Overview

CoffeeCup Free FTP is a user friendly FTP client for Windows. This powerful FTP client makes it easy to upload and download files to and from any FTP server or host. The program lets you transfer files and navigate among folders of the server as well as on your computer. Multiple FTP protocols, transfer of binary & ASCII and multiple file transfers are supported.

Installation

Installation is very simple and free from any ad-ware or bloat-ware. Just clicking on the downloaded executable file installs the software with most common options. It is supported on windows 8,Windows 7, Windows Vista & Windows XP and consumes barely 12 MB of disk space.

Interface

It has a thoughtfully designed two-pane (Local and Remote) interface for easy file transfers. Several protocols are supported (FTP, SFTP over SS H, FTPS over TS L/SS L, FTPS over SS L, FTPS over TS L, HTTP, HTTPS).You can either select a file on local pane and choose the upload option or simply drag and drop it in the remote pane to initiate the transfer. Multiple remote FTP servers can be configured and even a connection can be set up with CoffeeCup Cloud Server (S-Drive) in a single step. It can be configured to do file transfer passing through a proxy server as well. A pop-up activity pane is also available to provide a clear overview of the status of file uploads and downloads.
