This tool generates the GUIDs in the following formats:

IMPLEMENT_OLECREATE(...)
DEFINE_GUID(...)
static const struct GUID = { ... }
Registry Format (ie. {xxxxxxx-xxxx ... xxxx })
No Format
uuid(xxxxxxx-xxxx ... xxxx)
