exif2xml is a EXIF meta data reader and exporter. EXIF meta data is one way that information is stored in images giving away information such as the type of camera or smart phone used to take the picture, when it was taken, the GPS coordinates of the location where it was taken and other useful information. This package can read the EXIF meta data and export it to an XML file. It has drag and drop functionality to drag image files over to the app for examination and meta data extraction. The EXIF XML file is named the same as the originating image file unless expressed otherwise.
