It is a simple, no nonsense Windows application for taking web cam images or video recordings, streaming a webcam online at a set time using the internal web server or even creating time-lapse movies. The software is named as freeware, but it is better described as donate-ware because the author suggests donating to Cancer Research on their behalf. The application includes motion detection for security and saving on battery life with laptops. An FTP upload option is also included to upload direct to hosting accounts. There is a control panel and a console accessible from the main screen, as well the menu system to use the other main features.
