Corel WordPerfect Lightning is a bit of an odd duck from Corel, the company behind CorelDraw, WinZip and other popular apps. Released as a beta version, it hasn't been updated since launch as a beta. It was intended as a personal information manager to catalog images, text notes, add contacts, tasks, appointments and more. This is a presently free as a beta version. It is unknown if it will ever be updated. The app lacks a drag and drop feature which is a shame as being able to copy data from other apps like Outlook would have been useful. Access WordPerfect, Word, PDF and other common file formats from within the app. May be worth a try if you like PC-based organizers but there is likely a better one available by now.
