The dangerous VBS Security hole in Internet Explorer is removed
The Windows DialogBox "Open file" (GetOpenFilename) is enlarged.

Outlook Express :
These 4 annoying messageboxes are removed:
"You are currently working offline. Would you like to go online now?"
and
"No connection to the internet is currently available.... Click Try Again to attempt to connect."
and
"Would you like to hangup the modem before going offline?"
and
"You have unsent messages in your Outbox. Do you want to send them now?"

Internet Explorer :
These 2 extremely annoying messageboxes are removed:
"The webpage you requested is not available offline. To view this page click Connect."
and
"No connection to the internet is currently available..... Click Try Again to connect."

These DLLs are cracked by MultiEnhancer: Comdlg32.DLL, Wininet.DLL, Msoe.DLL
