It's possible to control data sent to virtual com port by other applications and respond to them by sending your own data. Virtual Serial Port ActiveX from Eltima lets developers enjoy such features, as detection of applications, which open virtual serial port; full baud rate emulation, connection line break emulation; virtual ports re-naming and a lot of other amazing features. Virtual Serial Port ActiveX is compatible with Microsoft Visual C++ 5-6, Microsoft Visual Basic 5-6, Borland C++ Builder 3-6, Borland Delphi 3-6.
