It is possible to print the occasional envelope using a program like Office Word but with this application it is much more specialized for printing envelopes. Built up a collection of most used addresses which are correctly formatted for the type of envelope that is most often used. Access these addresses quickly and efficiently. Custom settings can be set per address stored in the address book. Global settings can also be stored to provide general guidelines to how the program should operate.
