Total Recorder Pro 8.4 is a professional audio recording application to take down audio that is running through a sound card and make a recording of it. Streaming content coming through over the internet via Windows Media Player or other packages can often be recorded as it streams in. Bear in mind that you'll need a good internet connection with low latency when recording streamed audio as any buffering issues where playback stops will show up in the final audio recording too unless you edit the gaps out later.
