It is easy to create a new task in a list, then add several subsequent sub-tasks. This makes it simple to add a project and then the step by step processes needed in order to complete the project. Use filters to only show your most pressing tasks, leaving other tasks for later. Change font size, use multiple lines for long detailed individual tasks, add tags and perform searches for specific tasks. The software is cross-platform as it works with Windows and Mac.
