SprintWork is an app and other distraction blocking package that aims to get back wasted time for people who are too busy and need to remove both distraction and temptations. The software can block Facebook access, Twitter feeds, and several other social media sites which can suck out a tremendous amount of time each day if one is not careful about their use. Create a block list, an allow list or even block all internet access for web sites. The blocking can be configured to run only at certain times on particularly days of the week so those who work from a home office can block certain access during working hours but remove the blocks during schedule lunch breaks, for instance.
