It is not necessary to buy licenses for every PC at work if only a handful of people actively create projects, but other members of staff wish to be able to view project information. This project viewer application makes it possible for anyone to view a project if they have access to the file and permission to open it. Import Microsoft Project files too for viewing in the same application which is a handy extra for this free app.
