Tracks and accounts for all print jobs sent to Windows print servers. Tracks against job name, logon, originating PC name or IP address, printer, job and paper size, color, duplex, NUP, and two independent billing codes. Accurate sheet counts for all printer languages & applications. Multicopy Excel jobs are shown in parent-child format. Multicopies from Excel for Mac shows as a single line job. Can monitor and pause, or monitor and print incoming jobs. Supports three different client types. Various job disallow and autodeletion rules, including zero price for A4 Word jobs. Job reprinting possible, charge or no charge. Copy and print vending against cash or card value possible with Tekvend controllers. Choose Access or SQL 2005 database. Print release against secure password, login or originating PC. Print release can be used securely on print server (kiosk mode). Supports hundreds of monitored printers. Pricing not client based. Many reports: detailed, totals only, single billing code, vending. Reports are color coded and exportable as Excel or pdf. Mac and Linux client originating postscript print jobs can be tracked or vended against originating PC or shortusername.
