Pocket PC DWG Viewer supports almost all entities, including hatches, rotated texts with top/bottom symbols, viewports, etc.

Requirements: Microsoft .NET Compact Framework 2.0

What's new in this version: DWG 2007, DXF, CGM, HPGL formats are supported.
