OkayFreedom is a VPN service that allows a user to access the web via their Windows-based application. The VPN can connect to one of 12 country servers, encrypt communications from your location to their VPN server and then decrypt it for the internet communication the rest of the way. This gets around country restrictions on access and specific sites. There is a free VPN service with 500MB of bandwidth per month (increases with recommendations to the service, to a maximum of 1GB) and also a premium service with unlimited bandwidth.
