Lotus Notes to Exchange software is easy to understand and operate. Step by step guidance is provided within the software which helps in every conversion procedure. Convert emails, sent emails, drafts, journals, images, attachments, calendars, contacts, attached documents, spreadsheets, appointments, tasks, to do lists, schedules etc. Software provides options to preserve or not to preserve rich text formatting of the email data. Select RTF option to preserve formatting and select Text option to view email data without any formating in email data. Convert nsf files directly from lotus domino server by choosing the "convert domino server mailboxes" option from the software. With this option you can select the nsf files from selected user profiles, convert them and save them into .pst file or list in exchange server. Software supports every version of Lotus Notes, MS Outlook, MS Exchange Server and Lotus Domino Server for lotus notes to exchange migration. Free to evaluate version of the software lets you convert single nsf file and displays preview of the converted nsf file.
