KCleaner is a little bit like better known CCleaner for Windows. It will run a background search for you and track down every unwanted file that you can safely delete. This includes junk files, recycle bin files, temporarily stored files and more. The app includes a secure file deletion process to write over the files with useless 1s and 0s in order to make them unrecoverable by recovery software if security is a concern for you. An Expert mode gives you full control over every file you may choose to delete or use the automatic mode to run search and delete processes in the background.
