HTTP GET/POST is a small library of created Java classes which lets Java programmers more easily perform some server querying and sending functions. The GET, POST, HEAD, PROBE and CHASE commands can be sent to a server either via unsecure HTTP or more secure HTTPS to protect the communication. Parameters can also be encoded in pairs. Parameters are bits of information that are typically sent between web pages or directly to a web page which include information like name and the site visitor's name. This information is then parsed to check for errors and malicious content before using the information in the web app. This functionality can be included in a web enabled Java app by using the Java classes that offer this functionality.
