Housemate's Companion automatically calculates how much each person owes for the bills. Even in complicated scenarios where people move in or out of the house and different bills are paid for by different members of the household. You can then easily send them individualised and itemised accounts (via email or print) to let them know how much they owe for the different bills.

--Create a chore roster--
Keep your house tidyer and well maintained by making a chore roster. First, you can enter in all the chores that need to be done around the house and set whether (and how often) the chore should be rotated between housemates. Then create the roster and send it to your housemates via email, or print it out and put it up on the wall.

--Manage the rent--
It can get tricky to remember whether someone has paid the rent, so mark it down once you receive payment and keep organised. It even supports different prices for different rooms and if someone moves into the house during a rent cycle, it apportions the amount of rent they owe by the number of days that they lived in the house during the rent cycle.

--Cut Costs--
You can see your bills graphed visually, helping you analyse your bills to find out where you can try and cut back your costs. Also, a happier household with less arguments over household issues will mean they are less likely to move out which means you don't have cover the cost for those costly vacant rooms.
