This program is your true partner in crime; want to hide a program window, browser, game, movie in the background quickly when someone’s about to walk in on you and see what you’re doing? HiddeX allows you do that with a combination of keys defined by you (hotkey) or a mouse click.

Here’s what you need to know about this program:

• It’s very small and it doesn’t require installation, you can run it from a CD/DVD or USB stick
• Use one of the three parameters to identify the window you want hidden: name of the process, title of the window, window class (i.e.: you can choose to hide the active window)
• Hide and restore windows using simple combination of keys
• Set a password required when restoring a window, so that no one except you can see the hidden processes
• Mute the sounds associated with the hidden window (Playing a game or watching a movie? The sound will not give you away!)
• Save your own shortcuts that you will remember easily to define what programs need to be hidden when you press the hotkeys
• There’s no delay between pressing the hotkeys and HiddeX doing its job
