FairStars HashFiles is a free security utility to help Windows users who need to calculate the correct hash checksum using MD5, SHA1, SHA256 or CRC32 values. The hash list can be copied across to the clipboard when that is needed or saved to a text file which saves needing to copy paste things everywhere when processing several hash checksums in a series. Drag and drop also works to drag over one file, a collection of files or a whole folder from Windows Explorer over to the HashFiles utility for calculation. Some checksum utilities only work with a single checksum type like MD5, but this one offers several types which is helpful.
