It further monitors your telephone lines for all outgoing calls and automatically records them if voice is detected or a phone number is dialed. Moreover, it will instantly notify you of newly recorded messages by email. Additionally, you can attach memos to all logged calls. With its built-in search tool, you can quickly retrieve and find these messages. It further provides other useful features such as one-click manual recording, unlimited recording length, legal announcement if required by your country or state, and super-monitoring mode that hides all screens from your desktop when auto-recording phone calls. EzPhone Recorder has three editions: Standard, Professional and Business. The Standard edition supports single line while the Professional and Business editions support multiple phone lines.

By using EzPhone Recorder, you can record the calls made by your employees to improve how they handle customer support. The attached notes in the call log will allow employees to review the suggestions you provide whenever they need. The selective recording feature will ensure all important calls from your lawyers, tax officers or investors are auto-recorded.
