EventLogSourcesView is a tool to see recent event log sources to learn more about them. With event log sources information, it is possible to see the Event Source Name, Event Type, DLL/EXE Files with the event message strings, Registry Modified Time, and accurate version details from the DLL/EXE file (including Product Name, Company, File Description, File Version). Perform searches of the event logs sources to find the right ones and dig deeper. The tool is useful to track problems back to their source so they can be resolved or worked around. Save the list of event log sources in an external file for later review.
