EF Duplicate Files Manager is a Godsend for users who want to find duplicate files in certain folders or across their whole drive in order to save disk space. Interface

The EF Duplicate Files Manager window includes a menu system at the top and toolbar button icons next level down. The location to search can be entered in the location bar below this area. There is a […] browse button to access the file dialog window to pick the drives and folders to search for duplicate files in. There is then a [>>] icon to the right of the browse button to execute the search.

There are search options below the location bar where the user can get much more specific about what types of files they wish to match. This includes looking for matches for file size, file name, or content. The user can specify to use the recursive folder option to dip into the sub folders rather than only looking through the main folders selected. Most compressed file archives can also be searched. Zero-length files can be skipped too. There is also a more advanced filtering option and an ability to ignore certain folders within a broader search.

Results are shown in a colorful row-by-row manner which makes the results easier to scan and read.
