This program can open any existing pdf file. It is based on the technology of CAD-KAS PDF Editor. It is now also useful for scanned pdf files. You click on the button to recognize lines in a picture and then click on the picture to start this process. Version 4.0 has a function to vectorize all text objects. It can convert the complete page into a picture and then recognize the lines in this picture. And it can recognize lines in very large pictures in full resolution.
