KollectAll! V5.4 Publisher's description
KollectALL! is part of our home and business management software suite. It is designed to be a one size fits all collecting, cataloging and home inventory software program. Just about any type of collectible can be catalogued with KollectALL! everything from A to Z. KollectALL! is great for the family who collects several different types of collectibles. Or who has several different family members with their own collecting needs.
Additionally, KollectALL! is also a great inventory program for everything you own, create inventory list of the general items in your house like TVs, Furniture, Computers etc. for insurance purposes.
Our folder screen is where you create each category of the item or collectible you want to inventory in KollectAll!. These items can range from TV's to art work, figurines etc. Each "Folder" you create will have a unique name for the type of collectible in it or it can be named after the persons who collection it is in your family like "Dan's Sea Shells Summer 2004". You can even create a "For Sale" or "For Trade" folder any type of folder that describes what is in it can be created.
The Item Screen, in each folder you enter the items that belong in that folder. So if you created a folder called TV's, you would put all the TV's in your house in that folder. But remember, it's your collection so you can create folders anyway that suits you.
Our Image Viewer lets you attach an unlimited amount of images to a item so you can have multiple views of the item from every angle. You can add images to each item in your collections in several formats including .bmp, .jpg, etc.
Our reports engine lets you create reports based upon what you want to see it is integrated into the "View all" screen where you use the Select Column to view only what you want. The reports engine works the same way. The reports printout is a great printout to give to your insurance provider to protect your home and collectibles.
